Lady Gaga is bare-faced in October's Harper's Bazaar

"Whether I'm wearing lots of makeup or no makeup, I'm always the same person inside," she told the magazine. She went on to talk about her relationship with the public and how they perceive her look, saying, "I think what has been lovely about my relationship with the public is that they expect something unexpected from me."

We think it's fairly obvious that Gaga is free-spirited, and she agrees! She confessed to the magazine, "Even when I was a kid, I used to run around naked with the babysitter, driving her crazy." Gaga does yoga, Bikram, runs, eats healthy, dances ... "I keep in shape by working hard," she said.
