Wine is always a nice gesture when it comes to Thanksgiving hostess gifts, but it can present unnecessary conundrums. Should it be served with dinner? Saved for later? Will the hostess/host really like it? I prefer gifting something special and a little unexpected. Especially early in the holiday season, Thanksgiving hostess gifts like trays, recipe cards, throws and other cozy, festive pieces can be enjoyed for several weeks (if not the whole year).
