Does this Old Navy model look too much like Kim Kardashian? She think so -- and she's suing over it. To make things even worse, Melissa Molinaro, the model featured in commercials and an Old Navy music video (below), is dating Reggie Bush, Kim's ex.Suing for a reported $15-$20 million, Kim's lawyer released this statement:
"Kim Kardashian is immediately recognizable, and is known for her look and style. Her identity and persona are valuable. When her intellectual property rights are violated, she intends to enforce them."
