Demi posted this pic of her new brunette ‘do to Instagram last week, with a caption that read:

We guess she’s gonna give her hair a break from what? All the chemicals in hair dye? Smart girl. That stuff can really mess up your mane. We wonder which celebs will actually fall in her footsteps next though…
