The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) marked its 35th anniversary on Saturday night in Los Angeles. Many attendees were decked out in Louis Vuitton since the fashion house sponsored the gathering, but a couple of celebs broke the mold by opting for gowns from other notable sources. Here’s a breakdown of some of the more eye-catching looks from the celebration.

Katy Perry impressed in a black high collar Versace sleeveless gown with contrasting yellow lining and a keyhole back. She wrapped up the look with several neon bangles, a box clutch by Edie Parker and Christian Louboutin Miss Rigidaine pumps. Dita Von Teese was hard to miss in this purple Maria Lucia Hohan open front silk tulle gown. The burlesque beauty also carried an Alexander McQueen clutch. It was an embroidered Louis Vuitton Fall 2014 dress with asymmetrical skirt for Dianna Agron in Los Angeles. A pair of black boots capped off the look.

Chloë Sevigny’s cardigan dress comes from Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2014 collection. A solitary gold earring, an embellished belt, a Louis Vuitton bag and leather booties served as accessories. Isabel Lucas took a floral approach to the red carpet in a Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2014 sequin lace dress. Black pumps rounded out the look. This two-tone Louis Vuitton Fall 2014 zipper dress was Haley Bennett’s neutral pick for the party. Louis Vuitton’s monogrammed clutch along with brown and black boots finished off the look.
Even in this sea of Louis Vuitton, we think the real standouts were Katy’s Versace and Dita’s Maria Lucia Hohan. Isabel’s dark and lovely dress from the French fashion house also captured our attention. Who gets your vote for best dressed at this stylish gala?
