Shay participated in a panel discussion for her ABC Family TV show Pretty Little Liars at PaleyFest 2014 in Los Angeles over the weekend, but what really got us talking was her sweet, natural look. The actress selected Ann Taylor’s Flutter Panel dress in a charming light ginger shade complete with flutter sleeves, capped off by a pair of nude Manolo Blahnik pumps. A striking magenta lip provided the only real hint of color.
Before seeing Shay’s on-point execution of this stark ensemble, we assumed that an all-neutral presentation would have a washed-out effect. Her Ann Taylor dress is relatively reasonable at $149, making it even easier to replicate this soft and surprisingly satisfying look.
