Steal Kerry Washington's Scandal-ous pout

I will openly admit that Scandal has become my guilty pleasure TV fix. But it's been a lesser-known secret (until now that is) that I am obsessed with Kerry Washington's lips. They always look so flawlessly glossy and lined and sometimes natural and sometimes bright, but always absolutely perfect! So I did some digging around on the Internet and discovered that the makeup artists on the show are huge fans of Tarte and Clinique products on all of the Scandal starlets. Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Color Balm in Whole Lotta Honey is one of their fave go-tos (they also mentioned using Fuller Fig, Woppin Watermelon, Mighty Mimosa and Bountiful Blush). But to get just the right amount of color under that layer of soft shine, they use Tarte LipSurgence Lip Luster in Buff as a base layer.
