Hollywood rolled out the blue carpet on Sunday for the premiere of the animated film The Smurfs 2. Katy Perry rocked a cobalt blue Tadashi Shoji Fall 2013 dress with floral bodice. Swarovski Bella earrings and Pedro García Glain pumps rounded out the look. It was a turquoise Hervé Léger bandage dress with black accents for Britney Spears at the premiere. She accessorized with Chris Aire earrings and black Saint Laurent pumps. Jayma Mays certainly stood out in the sea of blue by boldly opting for this colorful Paper London Spring 2013 look. Her pink Trentino top and yellow Paris flared skirt were paired with B Brian Atwood Linford floral booties.
