While welcoming her 49th birthday and preparing to celebrate her husband's second inauguration, I assume Michelle Obama wanted to make a splash with a bit of a different look. She used her new twitter account to reveal the new style and many, present company included, seem more than happy with the new cut. The new bangs are more wispy and feathery and fall just above her eyebrows perfectly. With her thick hair and layered cut she looks stylish and youthful and appropriately ready to embark on another term with her husband.
