From emerald green to new longer shorts styles, here are our style predictions for 2013!

"We already know to expect emerald green to be the color of the year. Aside from that, some of the big trends to look forward to for Spring and Summer 2013 include Bermuda shorts, Sixties silhouettes and lots of stripes." -- Jennifer Davidson, cofounder and editor-in-chief

"More leather and lace and lots of black and white styles."-- Beth Herbst, cofounder and style editor

"Bold stripes are going to be everywhere for Spring 2013. I also think we're going to see more Bermuda shorts, heavily embellished pieces, pantsuits (and short suits), pointy toe flats and athletic-inspired styles." -- Anna Rice, StyleBakeryTeen fashion and beauty editor

"Expect to see Pantone's color of the year, emerald, everywhere you turn. And the spring runways suggested there'll be some interesting, modernized Bermuda shorts coming our way in a couple of months. I'm all for emerald but not much for the shorts!" -- Tanya Sharma, daily scoop editor

"The styles with a charitable statement trend will continue, as we'll see more brands come up with ways to stretch our dollars to those less fortunate." -- Bronwyn Berger-Hughes, beauty contributor

"I think we'll see a lot of last year's trends stick around, just with fresh new updates. For instance, pointy cap-toe flats, barely-there bralette tops, leather shorts and shirts, strategic cut-outs, etc." -- Elizabeth Mitchell, StyleBakeryTeen star style editor

"The return of a wider leg pant -- say goodbye to super skinny sprayed on styles. Less about following trends and more about following your own personal style." -- Jamie Allison Sanders, beauty editor

"I think you'll see more in the details of clothing like peek-a-boo cut-outs, beading and more colorblocking. The leather trend isn't going away either -- you'll see more with leather in the spring." -- Christine Fox, StyleBakeryMom style editor

"Although the neon of 2012 may be waning in popularity, color isn't going anywhere for 2013. Saturated hues and bold, graphic prints seem fresh and right for the new year. And while I fear it a bit because there is so much room for error, pattern mixing may just eclipse the colorblocking we've seen for the past few seasons." -- Courtney Strimel, StyleBakeryMom style editor

"Expect to see a lot of emerald thanks to Pantone declaring it the color of the year. Exotic prints, stripes, cut-out accents, and luxe leather all will make their respective presence felt in the new year." -- Morgan C. Schimminger, celebrity style editor
