Helen has been on a bit of a promotional whirlwind lately in support of her film, Hitchcock. First up was the movie's New York City premiere, which saw the actress decked out in an ornate piece from the Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2012 offering. Her black lace dress featured extensive gold embroidery and was teamed with a pair of the brand's shoes as well as a matching shoulder bag. A few days later, Helen wore a similar dress from the same collection for the Los Angeles premiere. This black lace dress also included standout gold embroidery, but it was restrained to the neckline, waist, cuffs, and hem. She even kept the same black and gold shoes from the New York City showing, adding in coordinating floral earrings along with a Miss Sicily handbag.
