I'm a loyal fan of my beauty products so once I found Clinique Cream Shaper for Eyes I never looked back. The liner goes on perfectly every time, with just the right amount of color and pop for any look. The creamy consistency can be dramatic when layered on thick or act as the perfect basic liner when applied lightly. It comes in six different shades, but Black Diamond and Starry Plum are by far my faves.
